How long does shipping take?

Because our unique and custom pet clothes are created upon order receipt, products typically take 3 days to process. Once processed, shipping times can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks. 

Below are current shipping time estimates by country:

• United States, Australia, United Kingdom: 7-12 business days
• Canada: 10-20 business days
• New Zealand, European Union: 9-16 business days

Do you have any guarantees or return policy?

Yes, customers may request a refund within 14 days of item receipt for a full refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

I’ve received my item but there are defects.

We’re here to help and serve you to ensure you have the best experience possible. If there are any issues with the items you ordered, please contact us and we’ll send you a free replacement.

Can I track my order delivery status?

Yes. Once your item ships, we’ll update you with your tracking number. You can then visit this link to track your package.

Is this machine washable?

Hand wash cold separately. Do not bleach. Lay flat to dry.
